Jim is the 3rd generation of JARMANS that I know and much younger than I...and other realtors that I've used in the past. His main asset that will keep him working for years to come, is going beyond the written 'scope' of a realtor job and does many things for clients or 'would be' clients by completing uncompensated tasks that help the buyer or seller.
