Buyer reviewPre Approval is Key Nonnie has so many connections to help you shop around with various lenders if you haven't already and she won't waste your time when it comes to selecting properties that checks off all your boxes. Just tell her what you want and what is deal breaker and she'll give you options. She gave a wonderful expectation of how long the whole process would take. Plus was there to have me ready for every step along the way. I would love to work with her again if the opportunity ever comes up
